Is my data private?
Yes. All your financial information stays on your device. We don't collect, store, or transmit any of your data. Everything is stored locally using iOS standard storage.
How accurate is the CMS calculator?
Our calculator uses the official UK Child Maintenance Service (CMS) calculation methodology, including the current rates and thresholds. However, it provides an estimate—your actual CMS assessment may vary based on your specific circumstances. Always verify with the official CMS service.
What's included in the free version?
The free version shows your main net position and key stats including your equity split, monthly mortgage payment, and disposable income. You can see high-level numbers to understand your financial situation.
What does PartWays Pro unlock?
Pro unlocks: detailed house sale breakdown, full SDLT calculator, comprehensive child maintenance calculations, complete monthly budget tracking, LTV rate comparisons, affordability analysis, and detailed insights throughout the app.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. PartWays Pro is a one-time payment of £29.99 for lifetime access. No recurring charges, no subscriptions. Pay once, use forever.
Can I restore my purchase on a new device?
Yes. Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Your Pro purchase is linked to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
Can I export my data?
Currently data stays within the app. Export functionality is planned for a future update based on user feedback.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings → Profile → Reset All Data. This will clear all your financial information from the app. You can also delete the app entirely to remove all data from your device.
Is PartWays only for UK users?
PartWays is designed specifically for UK divorce finances, using UK-specific calculations (CMS, SDLT, UK tax rates). The calculators may not be accurate for other countries.
Can I use PartWays for legal advice?
No. PartWays provides financial calculations and estimates only. It is not a substitute for professional legal or financial advice. Always consult with qualified solicitors and financial advisors for your specific situation.
